Sadly most of them don't seem to know what they want, which is why many end up with nasty types.
A woman that young is often looking for somebody that looks however they consider to be good. Some of them want a rich one...usually people are dissatisfied with whatever they have at this age and relationships can be short lived depending on the maturity of the woman in question.
If they happen to have children they may be looking for a man who is looking for a family, but again many are prepared to compromise even this for their own wish to be with somebody who meets the above criteria.
People usually wise up when they get a little older though there are rare exceptions of people knowing what is important in life at a young age.

They are looking for a man with a job no kids no baby mama drama and someone who knows how to show a women respect not just trying to get her in bed the first date

A guy that has a pretty descent job or business.
God fearing
drug & hiv free
honest, respectable, responsible
faithful, a guy that can be trusted. Knows how to enjoy life and have fun. Hopefully qualities you would expect any decsent woman to have.

well im not 24-28 yet but my cousin is and she looks for guys with some $$$,charming guys, and guys with some pleasures (if you know what i mean by pleasure)

loyalty, good sex, fun times, friendship, love, honesty thats some of the things i like in a man also gentleness combined with strength oh and goodlooks always helps too.
