What if they marry in her country and go live in Romania later? And if all this happens after Romania becomes part of the European Union, and they go live in another EU country instead of Romania, would she be able to become a Romanian/EU citizen anyway?

You can call or request info from the Romanian embassay or government. These statutes vary greatly for all the different countries. The U.S. seems to be the exception to the rule instead of an example to it.

You'd have to be very careful there ... let me tell you this ... Britain and Ireland in particular are sick and tired of Romanian illegal immigrants ... there seems to be as many Romanian people there as there are in Romania ... and they are equally obnoxious there as illegal Hispanics are here ... lots of demands, offer nothing ... don't know what the rules are for every different European country, because they vary ... but Romanian immigrants are by no means popular ... sorry ....

nope... u gotta become a citizen, u wont become one just because your hubby is one... eeven if u do live in that country
