1. Download the PrimoPDF installer from www.PrimoPDF.com.
2. install
3. PrimoPDF installs as a PDF printer. This means you can use PrimoPDF to print your
documents to PDF from any program on your computer.
To create a PDF:
1. In the document-authoring program Like MS WORD, select File>Print.
2. Select the PrimoPDF printer from the list of available printers and click OK.
3. The Create PDF window appears. Enter a name and select a location for
the PDF file.

4. Select whether the PDF will be used for Screen, Print, EBook orPrepress.

Go to this website and it will allow you to convert for free and send to your email address. Then use Acrobat Reader to check how well it did.
I have Microsoft Office Professional 2003 and there is a tab that allows you to convert word documents to pdf.
Go to limewire and find adobe acrobat full version. Make sure you have an excellent antivirus program as sometimes meatball heads put viruses in these files.

You can't convert a document to PDF with the reader. You need either the full Adobe Acrobat program or one of several free alternatives. Try looking in Snapfiles.com or Softpedia .com. You can try this link if you can't get to a store.

There is a free program called Primo PDF creator. It is very easy to install. It installs as a printer, in your printers list, so that any program you can print with, you can create a pdf with. Simply create your document in an application and go to the print screen. Select Primopdf as your printer, select where to save the file and whether you would like it optimized for screen or print. Done!

Print to Acrobat Distiller.
Or, save as a doc.pdf -- just change the ".doc" to ".pdf"
Crazy; can't believe your job is on the line for this. You must have been really messing up before this!! LOL
