Usually as soon as her kittens are weaned. Keep in mind that she can get pregnant again while nursing these kittens...but the Vet won't have a problem with that.

once the kittens are weaned and the milk has dried up you should be safe to have her spayed. Be aware though that in that time she could become pregnant again so keep her away from intact males

As soon as she has weaned her kittens. about 6 weeks. She can actually get pregnant again before she is finished weaning so she should be kept inside.
