There's this boy i really really like and i don't know how to tell him the way i feel. If i did i would feel like a complete idiot if he turned me down and if i write a note he might think i'm too shy. What am i to do?

Try first to understand that he has free will and he may say yes or he may say no, and it is not your fault. Then try saying in private: "I have not said this because I am a little bit shy, but I really like you a lot. Do you like me too and do you want me to be around you more?" If he likes you then you will know it. If not, he may be immature or just unable to deal with your feelings. Good luck, you sound like a very nice girl.

Try writing him the note. A lot of guys like a girl who is a bit shy.
You could also try getting his phone number and then send him a text. He will probably appreciate the effort you have gone to.
Once you have done this, practice what you are going to say in the mirror, then tell him face to face.

Tell him.
It would be much worse to never say a thing and regret the actions you didn't take.
If you tell him and he rejects you, you'll be able to move on without a problem, and you won't have to wonder "what if".
But, I bet you he'll be flattered. He probably feels the same way...

i used to be like u too. Phone him first. Make friend with him first and then u try to call him everyday (to make him notice that u r exist in his daily life). Joke with him when u r goin to tell him that u like him.. example "u know, if we r together, we will gonna die together like romeo and juliet, u r so handsome" in a funny way.. give him the clue. good luck:)

im a guy and personally i wud rather in person cuz a note is old fashioned and dont use the friend trick where u get ur friend 2 tell him my gf did that 2 me when she wanted 2 break up it pissed me off

I am in the completely same situation! trust me. its the hardest thing to do- even i haven't done it yet, but this advice on here is really good. you have to look for the little things, like are you comfortable talking to him one to one, because if you cannot do that, any relationship will be really tough
