I am traveling with a family of four, it's me, my wife and 2 kids(ages 14 &17), I'm looking for a nice place for my daughter to celibrate her 15th birthday, I don't mind spending 2 dining plan voucher's on my meal plan because I am staying at the Old Key West resort, where we can cook our own meals in our full kitchen. Thank you!

Yes, the Cinderella's Castle Dining is worth it. At any of the Disney Restaurants, you'll want to dine early or later to avoid the rush. So for dinner, make reservations for an early meal - say 4:30 or 5pm. Or go for later, like around 8:30 or 9pm.
I have found that the best places to eat are not in the parks (with a few exceptions), but rather in the hotels. Ohana at the Polynesian Resort is a fabulous all you can eat buffet that they bring right to your table! Bomas at Animal Kingdom Lodge is fabulous if you're up for trying new foods, and 1900 Park Fair at the Grand Floridian has a great character buffet!
You can find excellent dining in a few of the parks as well. Some of the best places to eat at EPCOT include: Japan (great sushi), Norway's buffet (if you like seafood), or the restaurant inside the Living Seas (a bit pricey and gourmet but fabulous). A fun casual dining place is located inside Disney MGM Studios - the 50's Prime Time Cafe. It's like having a meal and a show, but doesn't cost much.

Cinderella's Royal Table is nice because of the location, being in the castle and everything. If you are wanting to eat there, I would go for dinner. That way, you get more for your money, instead of breakfast. I have always felt kind of rushed in there, it is busy and they try to hurry people through. I don't know that is is worth the price as much as some other restaurants, but it is still fun to eat in the castle and things.
As far as signature dining restaurants, it just depends. They are a lot nicer and the food is great, but it will cut down the meals you can get. If you have the dining plan, you can make it through the week easy with the meals you get. If you do signature meals you will eventually run out of points and have to pay. Maybe one or two would be nice, but more than that I think you wouldn't like as much. But if you do use two points, try to eat for dinner, just because it is the more expensive meal of the day.
As far as which signature meals to eat, I'm not really sure which parks you are looking at, or hotels. Any of the signature restuarants are going to be great, so just look for the foods that interest you the most.
Where to eat in EPCOT. EPCOT has some of my favorite restuartaunts. It does kind of depend on the food you are wanting/like. For me, my favorites are Bistro de Paris,Les Chefs de France, Coral Reef Restaurant, Le Cellier Steakhouse, San Angel Inn and Teppanyaki.
I hope this answers your questions. Have a great time!

Every meal I have had at Disney World has been worth it. I haven't been to Cinderella's Royal Table yet, but in Epcot, try Le Cellier in the Canada pavillion.
On the Disney Dining Plan last year we used 2 table service meals for the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show. We all enjoyed it, but feel it should have been one dinner.
you don't state your age, but for a fun dining experience, try the 50's Prime Time Cafe in the MGM park. It is a lot of fun for all ages.

Both are great! If you have smaller children I would say the Magic Kingdom would be better. If you have older children or just going without children Epcot is your best bet. There is so much to do at both. Even if you're not bringing the kids, you still can't go wrong visiting the Magic Kingdom. It's a win-win all the way. For the best weather and least crowds, try and go in mid to late October.

Its very, very worth it!
I say eat early or late because if you eat at odd times then the restaurant won't be crowded and then in prime time dining time masses of people will be eating so thats less waiting in ride lines.
My favorite restaurant at EPCOT is in Mexico and its called the San Angel Inn. Its located in the big mexican pyramid looking building. Its great because the atmosphere is fantastic. Its dark inside with little dim lamps on each table and from your table you can see the mexican boat ride and its fun to watch the boats start their journey. The food is also great!
Well, I'm not sure what you mean by signature, but for the fun of it I always like to do at least one character dining experience. At the beach club resort there's a character breakfast at Cape May's Cafe or Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary is really nice!
Have a Magical trip!

Yes it is worth it. They have great food and it's such a fun time. This is the best in Ecpot. Not unless you visit the one with Mickey but let me tell you it costa a arm and a leg and maybe a hand.
