I find that Air Asia does fly to Bali from KL for about RM230. This should do. Go to www.airasia.com.

Train from KL to Singapore, short flight to Jakarta, then train along Java and ferry across to bali. You might find a ferry from S'pore to Java but I haven't tried myself
