Cameltoe is a slang term used to define the outline of a woman's vulva shown through very tight, form-fitting clothes. If you're cameltoe shy, then don't wear tight pants. It has nothing to do with whether or not you want to be bald. And by the way ~ Brazilian's are fabulous.
