When thinking of this question, I remember back to the Foreman-Frazier fight. Frazier was feared and was tough as nails, Foreman destroyed him. Tyson's chin was not that good, he never fought any punchers like Foreman. Remember what Douglas did to him? Douglas was never considered a power puncher, yet he beat him up. Tyson was a bully. If he couldn't get you out early, he'd wear down. Foreman would play with him, then set him up ala Michael Moorer. Short but exciting fight.

I think it would be Iron Mike. Tyson is a lot faster with his quick hands and feet. Big George might offset Tyson's power with his own brutal shots but he will have a hard time with Tyson's speed and ruthless aggression. Tyson would have no problem with Foreman's size because of the latter's sluggishness in the ring (Ali called him "The Mummy"). Besides, Tyson knocked out a lot of guys Foreman's size. Also, Tyson has got more stamina and a better chin. Ali, who was not known as a knockout artist, KO'd Foreman by simply tiring him out. I would say Tyson will win inside 6 rounds.

With Foreman's superior boxing skills and longer reach and larger size, Tyson would never have touched him. Frazier prooved that hooks and uppercuts alone couldn't beat Foreman. A single 1-2 combo from Big George and Tyson would have gone into a depressive state that he might not have returned from.

Foreman would have been too big and too strong even for Mike Tyson. Tyson's was not good fighting backwards. Foremans power would have knocker out Tyson just like he did to Joe Frazier.

I believe that Tyson would win because Foreman would have tried to brawl with Tyson, as he did with Ali, instead of exploiting Tyson's weakness. I believe that Tyson would have won that battle. I think that Tyson would have knocked Foreman out in the early rounds.

In his prime, Mike Tyson was considered one of the possible greatest boxers to ever approach the game. Yea George Foreman was a monster, but he wasnt smart. Ali prooved that.

Foreman in his prime would have been too powerful for Tyson but one word of caution Tyson could not have bullied Foreman in his prime but either fighter had the punch to knock each other. So it may have come down to how had the strongest chin. Foreman for me.

Foreman, and I'm not just saying that cuz he's from Marshall, my old hometown. Tyson may be able to get some quick punches off but one hit from Foreman and it would have been over. That guy was huge.

Tyson doesn't get credit for his defense. I think he had as much power as Foreman and more speed and better defense. Foreman in his prime was bigger and stronger than his opponents. He didn't posess great defense and had a stamina problem as most of his fights ended early. i would have to pick Tyson provided we are talking about both fighters in their prime.

George Foreman. Tyson proved he could not take a hit . The first time a boxer took it to him he lost and any real fighters took him out easy.
