My mother use to make it all of the time.
1 cup canned milk
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons sugar

Mix everything together and pour over cucumbers.

You can also mix about 1/2 cup of salad dressing in that recipe also.

Hi,

I think I know what you are talking about. My mom made an Armenian cucumber salad/soup which used plain yogut and a little water, cucumbers, onion, garlic salt. This is not sweet though it is one of my families favorite dishes in the summer. Vinagar would probably curdle the yogurt. If you like it sweet, try some honey or sugar.
