Create a filter.
Does someone want your email address? Make a list of people you know who would benefit from any of the actions you would take to stop this.
Bring that with you when you approach law enforcement.
Hire a PI?

Contact your local district attorney's office, and the Children's Protective Services, I'd also contact a federal agency and since it's a yahoo address contact them as well. DO IT NOW!
