you can give up or renounce you citizenship of birth or adoption at any time so long as you adopt another country of citizenship (you cannot be stateless) so long as that country accepts you.

personally if I were American I would join you in giving up US citizenship as it has become the most hyocrital, 2-faced, dangerous country of all time - mostly due to the THICKO in charge at the white house

confident, of direction, we are the only united states that provides US citizenship to those born on US soil. different countries won't be able to bestow US citizenship. What you meant to assert replaced into that we are the only united states that recognizes unrestricted birthright citizenship. that's no longer real. maximum countries interior the Americas from the U. S. to Chile and Argentina have birthright citizenship, even though that's barely a controversy for the U. S. via fact of our super form of unlawful immigrants. "You mean despite if are born in united statesa. you're no longer American? stupid" Citizenship is a criminal build, no longer a organic one. A citizen is whoever meets the desperate criminal standards. maximum countries in Asia, Europe, and Africa have "stupid" citizenship rules, curiously, as they do no longer recognize birthright citizenship to toddlers of noncitizen/nonresident mum and dad.

Nobody can force you to do anything. If you wish to renounce your American citizenship then go for it. It will make one more slot available for those that are trying to get in.

Oh no, trust me, we'd be happy to have you go. In fact, all you have to do is formally, and with records, denounce your citizenship.
