Avoid direct sunlight, dress lightly with light cotton fabrics if and when possible and carry a small bottle of talcum powder to help relieve chaffing. Goldbond brand works very well. Also, check with your doctor or pharmacist about taking antihistimines for the hives. Benedryl works well.

Use alot of deoderant and after you shower put baby powder on all the areas where you break out into heat rash. Just avoid moisture+heat more so than hot weather by itself.

I HATE HIVES!! UGH! I have them too!
Some over the counter medications:
benadryl, claritin, calamine lotion

My home remedy:
fill bathtub w/ lukewarm water, 4 tbsp corn meal, 2 tbsp baking soda, & 1/4 cup oatmeal.
