Rue Pierre Brossolette is not a city or town.
Rue means street in France, so it is a street named after Pierre Brossolette.

Pierre Brossolette (1903-1944), journalist, patriot; Committed suicide/killed(?) March 23, 1944 at the time of his arrest by the Gestapo.

There are many cities in France with a Pierre Brossolette.
Among them:
- Paris
- Colombes
- Elbeuf Sur Seine
- Levallois Perret
- Monbeliard

It is in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, near the latin quarter. (left bank)
Here is a satellite map of the area: http://maps.google.fr/maps?f=q&hl=fr&q=Rue+Pierre+Brossolette+paris&ie=UTF8&ll=48.842315,2.3466&spn=0.003262,0.010729&t=h&om=1

The beach will be set up in mid July farther North, on the right bank of the river. Not really a walking distance from Rue Pierre Brossolette but you can get there by metro in 10 min.
