DID you know that the System put in place by our Fore-Father's, was Created with Checks and Balance's? It is like our BRAIN. Left Hemisphere (logical, timely, common sense etc.) , Right Hemisphere (flighty, artistic, dreamy etc), we wouldn't be who we are with-out both side's of our Brain. Each side check's and balance's the other, and give's us a wide-range of capabilities and emotion's.
REPUBLICAN's~~~LEFT HEMIS-PHERE
DEMOCRAT's~~~~RIGHT HEMIS-PHERE
BUT with-out the WORD of GOD regulating BOTH side's of Our BRAIN's, or GOVERNMENT, we tend to become OUR OWN REGULATING FORCE (Creator, or God if you chose) and end up messing thing's up. That's why the CREATOR had the WORD of GOD written down, so we could study it and let HIS THOUGHT's Regulate us in all WAY's of LIFE. Hope this helps.

No I didn't know actual names or anything but I am glad you brought that up. I have always been very curious of how the rationalization of why God is no longer wanted in a nation where He was acknowledged from the beginning. And not just acknowledged but affirmed as head. Why would others come to America knowing this and then pitch a fit to change it once they are here? I have no quarrel with anyone coming to America. Just know what you are getting into when you come. No one have problems seeking Gods' face when there is a calamity. After 9/11. the churches were filled to capacity. But now the threat, they feel, has gone so now we can put God back in His box and we'll call Him again when we need Him. What is this? Who wants to be wanted or sought after only when there is trouble? Come on America. God loves everyone and so do I so don't misunderstand and think that I am racist. I am a minority myself. I just don't see the intelligence in looking for an elephant in a haystack. That is like me going to France. Once I am there I don't like speaking the French language so I seek to reform (thru the gov't) the nations language. Well that would be wrong. When France was formed they adopted to speak French. For years before I arrived they spoke it, so why would I go there if I didn't like it.

Much has changed in the United States over the years, and most of it for the better. In Jay's time, for example, women could not vote and had few legal rights, most black people were kept as slaves, and life expectancy was under 40 years. Although things aren't perfect now, life in America is getting better in general, not worse.
As for the law and the Constitution, the U.S. is becoming a more plural society, certainly in terms of religion/nonreligion. So now we are in a period in which people are trying to establish new and acceptable boundaries of religious freedom. Most people (if not all) want the freedom to live according to their religious beliefs; right now, the greatest conflict seems to be discovering how to live according to one's own beliefs without preventing others from living according to their own (although there are some who want their own beliefs to be the standard for everyone else to follow).
A good example might be the issue of same-sex marriage. In the ideal of American freedom, the answer might seem simple: those who want such a marriage should marry, and those who oppose it should not enter into such a marriage themselves. However, there are many conservative Christians who believe that recognizing such marriages violates their own freedom of religion, because they must now live in a society that allows a practice that they think is wrong. (And there are some such Christians who simply want to force everyone else to live according to their standards.) But there are other people who believe that not allowing such marriages is a violation of *their* beliefs and forces them to live in a society that discriminates in a way that is unacceptable to them. So different people with different beliefs have different views of how government can best protect freedom of religion.
There's a lot of conflict right now, and maybe there always will be, but if Americans can find boundaries that they can accept, that most allow them to live by their own beliefs while respecting the beliefs of others, then the conflict will be less bitter and people of all religious/nonreligious views will feel less under attack. Time will tell, but I don't think there is any need to give up hope. America is strong, as its people are strong. I think we'll find good answers to these questions someday.

People are ruled by their feelings of what is fair and unfair to them. This is a major obstacle, and has opened the door now for courts (including juries) to act as a part of the legislative branch. Which is scary, since that means that no law can of necessity be enforced--just if you get the courts to agree with them.

This is because real Christian will not contest for election or vote for a president since his or her king Jesus did not fight for earthly kingship rather he said that his followers are not of this world. Therefore the so called Christians you vote are not following Christ footstep how then do you expect them to do what is right.
No wonder the Bible called the ruler of this world to be Satan the devil not god and therefore those ruling are sitting on the seat Satan have place for those doing his will not the will of god.

What do you expect our of founders who were hypocrites in the first place? The only ones who attained "freedom" from all the needless deaths caused by the Revolutionary War were white christian males.
This nation has evolved since then. Catch up when you can, k?

You have no case. That's why you get no response.
My first reaction was "Huh? Can't a judge have an opinion? And since when is an opinion law...let alone constitution?"
See my point?

When we chose someone to lead - we should not select the skilful one, but the one who fears God, then if that person is skilful or desirable to ocupy that position.

Two words, political correctness. Everyone is so afraid of offending people that they don't stand up for what they believe in.
