If you read the community guide lines, you will learn that at certain levels, you are restricted to the number of questions you may answer. You will also learn that you gain points, for an answer, a best answer, and a response to a best answer. You will also lose points for asking a question. You will find out more about these point values as you read the guidelines and become more understanding of the way the system works.
