Liquid Laser by serious skin care works great and with continued use, stops your hair from growing back. It's alot cheaper than going to a dermatologist for actual laser hair removal too. It's $20 for the 3piece kit which is a 2 month supply.

See a dermatologist for electrolysis, which is the only way to permanently remove hair shafts. They do sell facial hair removal systems over-the counter but these may not work as well.

Go to a Sally Beauty Supply or any beauty supply store and ask for hair color remover for hair. They should be able to help you with it, but as a stylist myself you probably want find any thing that will remove it completely. You may need to consult with your hairdresser.
