my hair is relly short but another question also how much is it to get blonde highlights and a cut do u have to tip them alot like 10%

This depends on where you live(cost of living) and what type of salon that you go to. It could vary between 60.00 to over 100.00. This is not a hard thing to do with an at home kit. Try a brand of demi-permanent color that gradually washes out of your hair. BUT!!! color is very hard to remove once it is applied so be very sure you want to have darker hair. Try a medium brown first to see if you really like it, then when it washes out, if you liked that shade, go a little darker..

depends on the cost of living in your area........I am in Southern Calif. and it would be about $50 from a salon I already have a relationship with.
Are you getting a cut as well?
If you are........Plan on a bill of close to 80 and then tip.......just take $100.00.
