My butt can't fit through the doorway, and my grandma is sending me off to fat camp. I don't wanna go, so I'm planning on running away tonight. But I can't fit through the doorway, what should I do? I have 4 backpacks full of food ready, and my grandma is suspecting that i had second helping during breakfast, what else should I do?

How can your grandma make you go to camp if you can't fit through the door? Seems to me if you can't fit to run away you can't fit to go to camp. You need to get serious about losing weight. As big as you are, just cutting back on food intake at first will help shed some pounds, then you work up to getting some exercise. Good luck

You need a commitment and a very well planned routine.

Follow some tips to work for entire of your life.

Generally you gain weight because of fats deposits, just dissolve them. How?

People go for losing weight by pills or starving.

Pills do not act effectively and for longer durations. Pills have many side effects for your health.

Starving weakens you and your defense system is also weakened. This makes you less resistant against infections and other diseases.

The best way is to lose weight by change of diet and your physical activities.

1. Reduce or stop to take oils and fats.
2. Stop taking sugar and glucose. (Mainly tea, coffee & cold drinks.
3. Stop taking potato, rice.
4. Stop or reduce wheat and corn as much as possible.
5. Take food twice a day.
6. Do not take any solid or liquid diet during intervals of your food times.

Take vegetables, boiled meat, fruits (even sweet), as per your appitite or less, if you canat your meals.

And at the top of all:

Play physical games or walk, as per requirement of your age at least 40 to 60 minutes thrice a day.
Do not take any thing during game or walk.

You will start losing weight to the extent of daily difference.

Stop being a dork off. Go to the fat camp Fatty!!! Your grandma just wants whats best for you. Even though we all know that you're lying, you still need an answer. Go to the camp. You may be the biggest one there but it's worth it!!! : )

Are you serious that is horrible, dont run away, let your grandma send you to fat camp it may be the best thing for you they could teach you the importance of a healthy diet, not overdoing it, and excersice. You can do it, once you start your healthy diet you will rapidly loose the weight.
