Telling the girl you like her. Point blank. No joking. Let her know you are interested in getting to know her better.

Tell her you like the dress she's wearing or that you love girls with her colour hair. Tell her she has got style, unlike other girls.
She will be flattered and will slowly understand you are not just some guy in the neighborhood, but might be interested in her.
Don't be shy. Even if she doesn't like you, you will look like a man for trying. Anyway, girls love man with selfconfidence.....
Then see what happens, take your time. Then some time later bluntly tell her she looks absolutely gordeous. Don't tell her 'you like her' or 'are in love with her'. Those are the wrong words! That sort of stuff is for later, when she is actually your girlfriend.
If it doesn't work out, then don't be sad or nasty to her. Move on. There are sooo many lovely creatures out there. OK?

Just be honest and open..Tell her how you feel. All women love honesty...Maybe get her some flowers with a pretty card and have them delivered to her...if you are shy this is always a good way to let her know...Good luck
