I have been around the occult my entire life but I have never heard of a dragon wand. I am familiar with wands used in magical and religious rites, but not a "dragon wand". I don't know if this will help, but this is my favorite site about wands:
http://www.bardwood.com/
For me, I feel it's best if I make the item myself and put my own energies into it. It's much more personal that way and I can include the symbols that have the most meaning to me.

I got 1 Judgment Dragon at $78.65 at ebay, it's too hard wo say whether Judgment Dragon will go down or not. For example, in the Gold Series 2, we're expecting Dark Armed Dragon to be reprinted therefore there's a high chance that Dark Armed Dragon which is curretly 1 of the top cards in the tournament to remain in the semi-limited list. Where am I going exactly? well Judgment Dragon is the trump card of the second in rank Lightsworn deck, so it seem logical to say that since the trump card of the top tournament deck is going to be reprinted then PERHAPS that the trump card of the top 2 tournament deck will be too... in that case it comes to another set of speculation, reprints often come cheaper than their original counterpart, but we are still not sure, if JD is as rare as CCV on the first Gold series. I suggest that it's price might not move at all, but if it get reprinted as a regular Gold Rare (perhaps DAD or Gold Sarco would take CCV's place) then I'll say it'll drop to about ($50 - 90) a piece, which is still very high. Then comes the topic of the upcoming banned/limited list, if JD gets placed in the limited list then it follows that it's price would drop ($60-$100) but as of now it's hard to say whether JD will be limited or not. Remember that JD is still shadowed by DAD in the tournament and finally the synchro topics, to be honest I expect synchros to take the DAD decks completely rather than playing DAD, they'll just use DAD for support which then threatens the Lightsworns because they can't compete with newly released. Konami and UDE already earned much from JDs but not with the newer synchro monsters, they might force Lightsworn decks to turn to Synchro decks by unlimiting DAD, limiting or banning JD and honest. Verdict: I suggest you'll wait or if you're constantly looking at ebay, watch out perhaps a cheaper JD would come. The cheapest one sold that I know is at $49.95 with shipping and that auction lasted for like 2 hours.

Make one! It will mean far more to you if you make it with your own hands.

Go to the woods, a beach, or somewhere in nature and listen for things to call to you and include them in or on your wand.
Find a crystal point (I highly recommend labradorite) sea shells, wood etc. and glue them in a fashion that feels right to you.

Nothing is more connected than something you have fashioned.

I'm sure someone on EBay has one. Or you can find the Witches Auction online. Or... you can always make it yourself... Wands are fairly easy to make so long as you know what goes into it.

ummm... did you try Ollivander's? I dunno the website but it's in Diagon Alley...

The best thing to do would be to actually kill the dragon yourself and harness his lifeless body for your wand supplies.
