It is my opinion, as a Pastor, that anything becomes a problem if it begins to disrupt your life.
Neglecting your responsibilities.
Neglecting your family.
A complete change of habits is indicative of an obsession.
Under those circumstances then yes it is wrong for anyone.

No. All the opposition to minor gambling seems to originate with the fact the Roman soldiers "cast lots" for Jesus' clothes. But wasn't the execution they scheduled that day a worse transgression? Yet many preachers will rail on about the evils of the lottery but go ahead and condone - no, encourage - the death penalty. I don't get their perspective. Play all the cards you want without gambling, and go buy ONE Powerball or Mega-Millions ticket each week. If you win, tithe it to the church. Or give 25 or 50 percent if you want. I assure you they'll accept the money.

I play cards online like spades and some poker. However I do not gamble. I do not go to sites where you have to pay to play and have the chance of losing money. It says in the Bible that we are to be good stewards of our money and I do not see gambling as one of them. But if you are simply playing like on Yahoo and other free sites where no money is involved, I see no problem with it.

As with all things, just be careful that this does not interfere with your time with God nor His will for your life! :)

Actually the word Christain was not there for 300 years after Jesus was raised to heaven. Jesus (PBUH) and his followers like Abraham and Moses were true Muslims and their religion was Islam (Peace and submission to one and only God). As Jesus's message and life is well protected in Quran only so we have to get your answer from there. Allah (In English The God) has described the virtues of those who will inheirt paradise and one of these virtues of the beleivers is that they avoid time wasters!

Have you prayed about this??? God has a plan for everyone and it is individual. Things like this he may not allow in my life and may in yours. I don't know all the details of what you are playing and if you are betting, but if God is dealing with you about it then eliminate it as a questionable thing to be doing.. If not then your concience is clean and you won't worry..

Is it insane for an adult to have to ask others how they should live their life?
