Why is Father's day the same as the UK and US, but mothday's day ins't?

Very good question. I think may be because in UK there is a Queen's rule however in USA President's rule.

If you want mother's day same in both countries then find a Queen for USA first.

why you asking that as a father i can only get 1 present a year but as a mother if you argue it right you can get 2 presents since it comes up twice on 2 diffrent continents at 2 diffrent times :) LOL

I think fathers wont fight if they get the same day...
but mothers wud start making hell abt each other...
