Because they are immature and think that makes them a "man". Let the guy know, that knowing what to do with their "size", is far more important than the size of their "size".
This guy sounds as if he would be only interested in pleasing himself and forget about pleasing you.

I don't talk about that only inmature guys seem to think that women will be impressed with the size of there privates. I prefer good conversation.
