Hell ya. If he did'nt is wene you might want to be concerned. If he gets a hard on after ejaculating then that means you must be really good looking and the site of you makes him very exited. Yes, and its sexy!!!!!!!! My boyfriend is the same way and I love it because I look at him and get crazy horny just the same. It just means that he finds you overwhelmingly attractive and can hardly control yourself. I still have sex with my wife at least once a week after 17 yrs. of marriage and I have never gotten hard just looking at her.
I think that is not normal.Foreplay is not just about women and from what you say he does not need any, so that is not normal.
