I'm sure that it all depends on the way you act toward them. Were you all over him? Did you dress appropriately? You need to greet them with a freindly smile and introduce yourself. Be nice and open to questions and answer them honestly. Ask them questions about your boyfriend as well. Nothing personal, just general information.

Wear something nice but casual, and nothing revealing. His parents are going to want to see that you are respectable, and letting your boobs hang out of your shirt isn't going to help. Maybe jeans but with a nice shirt and cute shoes. Of course you should sit with him, he's your boyfriend. Just try to be yourself. Be friendly, outgoing, joke around but keep it clean. I know it's hard to meet parents, and my boyfriend's parents are terrible (his mom told him I had fat legs while I was in the other room... I am a dancer and I was in my dance clothes still, and I severely hate her for saying that)...

Just be yourself and remember your manners. They will either like you or they won't. It's up to your boyfriend to smooth it over with his parents. Don't get upset or stressed about it. Some parents are never satisfied with their childrens pick of GF/BF.

Definitely sit with your boyfriend. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Don't let them intimidate or brow beat you. If they start to criticize you, I would hope your boyfriend would stand up and defend you. Let them know you love him and only want his happiness.

well yes sit with your boyfriend.dress apropriate. don't have anything showing. act sweet, laugh at their jokes, if any, always smile and be polite if possible. other than that it really shouldn't matter much their opinion of you. it matters what your boyfriend thinks of you. if he likes ya then that's all that should matter.
