this guy came to my birthdayparty, told my friend he likes me, invited me to go to sixs flags and when i turned him down because i was buisy he tells me he has a gf!!!!!!!!!!!! i was so mad and heart broken! what do i do??

First learn english and how to type.
Then, forget about it.
He may not have a girlfriend. He may have been so hurt that you turned him down, that he said that just to lash out.
Doesn't make him horrible, just immature.
Now, if he does have a girlfriend, perhaps she isn't the girlfriend he wants. You're both young and learning who you are. So, perhaps he wants you as his girlfriend. Probably thought if you said yes, he'd dump the other girl to be with you.
Welcome to the world of dating. Truly, some guys are "horibal" as you put it. Most of the time, they're just as easily hurt as you and really need your acceptance to feel good.

Consider yourself lucky that you didn't get involved with the creep...and feel sorry for his girlfriend...she likely doesn't know he's hitting on others...
...or perhaps he was lying, to turn the tables on you since you turned him down...there's no telling...
Either way he's either a liar or a cheater so don't be heart broken, be thankful you didn't get mixed up with him!

That sucks. But since he sounds like an asshole, the best thing to do would probably be to forget about him and move on to someone who is going to be straight-forward with you.

Don't even give him a second thought! He's scum if he asked you out when he has a girlfriend already. He's probably a big time cheater and would only hurt you more.

maybe he wasn't that interested in you, maybe he is so proud to and he felt rejected, if you really like him let him know that you were really busy call him...but just once...invite him out...make him fell that you were not rejecting him...guys can be horrible sometimes but so can we...it is up to you
