I would appreciate any advise, with my question. As I have been told that even though the CCJ's have been satisfied they will remain on my ratings for 6 years. This will still affect my ratings. Also what is the best way of clearing your ratings. Is it possible to get the sheet wipped clean if satisfied.

No, there is no way to wipe the sheet clean. It will be very difficult to get credit as many lenders are tightening up their lending policies.

Even if you've satisfied the debt, the default will be on your credit file along with the satisfied label.

Try applying for credit with your bank as they are closer to you and understand your spending.... you should try and keep your bank sweet at all times as they will be able to help you and less likely to refuse you.

Good luck.

The only way is to get a letter from the creditors that asks the reporting companies to "delete" the record. Since you've already paid though, you don't have much leverage. But, it's worth a shot. Other than that, they're stuck on your record.

If they do give you that letter though, then send them to the 3 credit reporting agencies, Exquifax, Trans-Union, and Experian. They'll delete them and your score should shoot up.

Good luck!!

That is up to your county courthouse. The company that got the judgment sent you a satisfaction of judgment letter, right? If you took it to the courthouse they put it in as a "Judgment Satisfied" on your credit. There is really no way to "wipe it clean".
