I'm a bit tired of the "all liberals suck" or "all Christians/fill in the blank religion are horrible". Why do people make these statements when they know that not all people in these catagories are how they think they are?

Cause they're scared. That can be the only thing it can be. If they don't like one thing about a group, they label the whole group "lost" or whatever. It's so they don't have to step out and actually deal with the Truth on a more individual basis... cuts them free from dealing with anyone except those they like or agree with.

It's pathetic.

It's natural to do so.

Actually, Yoda Green, her statement is NOT a blanket generalization. She just said people. Now if she would have said, " why does everyone" or " why do all people". Then you would be right.

Most people are not here to learn.
They believe they already know but arent sure - so they make statements only fools would agree with. To find the other fools.

You are right,
People should learn to respect others believe and less chat things that will unify and benefit us, rather than divide and hate-rate that these people are trying to create.

Who knows? I would guess that they are sadly misinformed and confused. we are ALL individuals and do not think the same way.
