Actually what you would look for is called an "emulator". There are no good ones, so don't bother.

No, an emulator will work very slowly.
The only way to play xbox games properly is with a proper xbox. Original xbox units are now very cheap - check with your local market / shops.

if u have a super mega pc like 4 giga ram and 1 giga vga it will work just fine
