Well, here's how to do it.
I'm a person who is very capable of the work I'm looking for and Ibecame a follower also. So I know what a follower wants and what a follower needs. Something like that.

They want to know about what you have done to improve things at your former employers. They don't want to know about your hobbies, how many brothers you have or your pet dog. They want to know how you can add value to their bottom line. Focus on how you can help them. An interview is not about you, but about how you can benefit the potential employer.

I am a hardworker, maybe tell them about values that you learned as a child and have maintained such as hardwork, discupline, teamwork, and how you developed this positive personality trait.

The corporation desires to ask you questions...never take the lead. They understand what they desire to appreciate & via you basically going off on a tangent you need to have misplaced the prospect for the interest.

well seems you are preparing for placements.
fine, first tell your name, educational details, then about your family ( Indian companies look for that ), then your intersets and hobbies and followed by your strenghts .Try to speak clearly for atleast 3 minutes.

say " I am someone who believes in honest and working hard" and then go from there telling them why you believe this to be true about yourself

dont give infos that are already printed in your resume, start with something like "I am a dedicated person, my parents instiled in me the value of hard work, honestly, etc etc.."
