The way they are suppose to 'predict' your 'future' in a way - how can it be that they predict the same thing for millions of people with the same star sign... Isn't that reason enough to believe that it is bogus?

yes that is a good point you have there and the best place to go to find out about the future is in Gods word he is the one that knows the future, and has the best advice, there is no other advice needed! I used to read them too untill I found out how God hates us to get advice from the demons, because that is what that is! It is demon inspired, just like witchcraft and magic practicingand the casting of spells.

I have thought about them and read them religiously. It's not like I put any real belief into them, because I am more of a show me kind of girl, but it's fun to read them and see how close they come to what happens that day. Sometimes my horoscope is right on and others it's way off. You should check it out...it can't hurt. Keep a diary for a week or a month, cut your horoscope out of the newspaper every day and see how close it comes to what really happens. You may be surprised!

Sunsign astrology divides everyone into twelve personality types, which is simplistic and silly. Natal astrology is different; it involves the alignment of planets and constellations on the exact day, month and year the person was born, in the precise latitude and longitude. Not even identical twins share the same natal horoscope.

Horoscopes are in a sense, the worship of astrology. No person can predict the future and it is only God who knows the future so put all your trust in God...not in the daily horoscopes.

Horoscopes are strictly entertainment to me, because the stuff they say is so general and vague that it can be applied to almost everyone. The zodiac signs seem to be accurate to some people, like most "Aries" people I know will behave with Aries like characteristics, but that could be due to the power of suggestion: simply reading that you are supposed to be outgoing and short-tempered according to your sign may influence you to act that way.

In short, its just another human attempt at explaining the question mark that is life.

Its ok to read them they aren't going to bring the world to an end or anything. There is some truth in the signs of the zodiac if you plant by the zodiac signs u will have a better and more fruitful garden.

i don't believe in horoscopes but i believe in astrology..
the star sign in horoscopes is defined as sun sign in astrology, astrology is much more complex, it has sun till pluto sign, positioned varied in twelve houses, each planet interact each other.
astrology can be used for personal use and it also use to predict global tendencies..
astrology isn't about predict your future, it's about telling the tendencies you have. and it emphasize on 'will power'.. i use it for insight, self-understanding..
the essence of astrology is based on ancient wisdom.. that two events in our world (earth) somehow have correlation with events in the outer galaxy..

It's just for fun. Granted, some people take it too far, but reading your horoscope once a day isn't going to turn you into a pagan, and it won't turn you from God's favor.

Good luck and God Bless!

I don't believe in horoscopes. People who have nothing to do they do this. Well even if they are true what is going to make any difference if we know something bad is going to happen to us, its will happen anyway. Knowing it will only make our good time bad.

I see them as entertainment, personally. Some people believe in that stuff.
