You need to consult with your doctor about joint pain. An excellent supplement for you would be Glucosamine and Chondroitin. There are carmel chews available at Wal-Mart that taste great. This will help build up and maintain your cartilage.

I caution you to pay attention to your joints. I was having joint pain, and was diagnosed with lupus, two years ago. I have had to have my knees replaced. And, I am only 39 yrs. old.

Joint pain probably means some kind of rheumatologic problem. Ask your doctor to run the proper lab tests. I hope I haven't scared you to death. But, it is better to get the jump on treating such ailments.

Take care, and God bless!

I take otc glucosamine/chondroitin for my joint pain. Also, a home remedy for joint pain is to rub castor oil on the joint. It sounds odd, but it does work. It's odorless but is a little greasy so you'll want to be careful with your clothing. Also, taking fish oil capsules seems to help some folks.

For my knee joint pain, I try to do strengthening exercises while sitting in a chair. Raise your leg & squeeze your knee & thigh muscles & hold for a few seconds at a time & try to increase the length of time you can raise your leg & tighten your knee muscle. You can do it while watching tv or on the pc. Hope these ideas help you.
