Money is many people's God. They worship it and cannot do a thing unless they have a surplus. There are churches, governments, police, institutions, rules and laws dogma and doctrine concerning money and its use and acquisition. Money in this world is given 1000% more importance than any spirituality. There are even sects that focus on prosperity. The Bible says " observe the lilies of the field. They do not toil yet God clothes and feeds them" But you never hear that one from the pulpit because most preachers don't believe it themselves. That is one of the many reasons people are turning away from religion. Because darn few of them actually practice what they preach. The believe in the MONEY GOD.

god is not money, he made the earth and gave it to man to live the best way he could , man toiled and reaped his harvest and exchanged his goods for other goods this system was known as the barter system man discovered gold and used it as an exchange for goods , but to make payment more easire man made money out of paper and since then we use money for the things we need, so as every one knows man bought his daily needs and soon the luxury agood and man became slave to money and in a lot of countries there are rituals for the money, look at a coin or note you wont find gods picture you would find some man or womans pic, read the bible its all here when jesus said give unto ceaser what is ceasers, god is infinite and in spirit, and cannot be seen but a lot of people do pray for money, and many charities ask for money in the name of god and yes money does buy every thing on this earthand man has made money his god

It can be by the importance that you put on it. Money is a tool to live, but the love of money is the root to all evil. Think about how you look at money and what you will do to come by it. What you would give up to have it? It is scary to think of what some people will do just to get money and how they will make excuses for what they do to get it.

Money is just a medium of exchange. The proper attitude toward money is the use that it has. In the spirutual sense of the Bible, money is the truths of faith that are exchanged between people learning and teaching in the church.

No matter what some people say, the barter system is not as good as using a quick and easy medium of exchange like money.

Money can be a false god if you let it be the most important thing in your life. What ever you most revere or spend your time doing or caring about that is your god. Give me God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit any day!
