If you feel you can't behave find a counselor and talk about why you get angry.

Ms. Thang,
Set behavior guidelines with pops aka. your dad and yourself. Write it down and keep it somewhere close with your school guidelines. Find a group of kids that are worth hanging out with like the kids that never get into trouble for bad behavior. Remember you are, who you hang with, right? Although it's hard to change your behavior overnight, you can do it with patience and the willingness to change your own behavior in time. Own up to your expections for yourself, school, and dad. Remember you are the only person that knows what has gotten you into trouble in the past (dad knows too;p)and try to make a plan or a way to deal with things better(keep you out of trouble).
Now, if you are going to a different school you can pick new great people to hangout with BUT if you are going to be around all the same people as in years past it will be harder for you to change and some of them Don't want you to change because that would make you better than them. Get it? Then they would have to see that their behavior needs to change too. BUT YOU ARE ABLE TO CHANGE IT! YOU JUST HAVE TO TALK ABOUT WITH SOMEONE>>>>>>>>CALL YOUR COUNSELOR OR HAVE MEET WITH THE PRINCIPAL, COUNSELOR AND YOU and talk about what you all can do together to improve your behavior. Your counselor should be there to help you tackle some of the things that are going in your life and sometimes writing down things and reading what you write and feel help you see how things are going. I hope this helps. I teach high school kids with behavior problems(biting, fighting, cussing, throwing stuff, etc and I am young) so I know that someone at your school will be willing to help you. GOOD LUCK and only take the advice of mom, dad, trusted teachers, and your school, ok.....! Your school is there to help too you are not alone. Best wished to you....and you can do it!
