hi, i suffer with constant racing thoughts as well as anxiety and panic attacks, plus inner rage. which is hard to control sometimes, more so when im under stress. and im under worry and stress right now. im in an area i dont want to be in because of antisocial, aggressive, youths, in a lot of numbers. who look at me in not a nice way, so i try and ignore them. but i desperatley want to get away. far away to a new environment. i dont feel im delusional but where i live and in the city where iam, everyone looks at me funny because i seen them do it. i dont no if this is because of my anger out bursts in the past, but my situation feels 'conspiritorial'. im 29 and just latley when i look in the mirror i look haggard i can see lines developing. i had an accident with my teeth a while back where i lost two lower teeth. so everytime i open my mouth, i see the gap, my thoughts are muddled & racing constantley, my self esteem is non existant. i feel like my world is closing in on me sometimes

It sounds like you are in a tough place. I have suffered from anxiety, depression & racing thoughts at times in my life too. Not a fun place to be. :(
I wish that you could find someone to confide in that you trust. I would also encourage you to see a doctor and tell them about your symptoms. They sound serious and there are medications that can help. These medications can help balance your body like any other disease... for example Diabetics have an imbalance of blood sugar so they take medicine to balance it so that their body can work and feel better. Same with medicines for anxiety and stress they help balance the chemicals inyour body that effect your mood. I was very hesitant at first to take any "medicine" because I thought that I could fix it myself if I tried hard enough. But now I am so thankful that I decided to try medication because it REALLY helped me, I still needed to work at it myself but now I had help.
You need help. You deserve help. You are worthy of help. Please find someone or someplace that you feel safe to ask for help.

I believe that you can find your way!

According to the reading I have done regarding hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) the brain, when it senses that blood sugar is low, will do sometimes strange things to get the blood sugar (glucose) out of storage and into the blood stream. Adrenaline is one sure way to do this. If anxiety and the panic that results causes you to get an adrenaline rush, then low blood sugar is probably the cause.

Suggestion? The next time you feel anxious or panicky, go to the kitchen and get some protein, meat, a can of tuna or whatever, and eat it. Also have some carbohydrate, like a handful of chips, or some carrots/celery and some nuts or peanut butter. Eat at least 2 ounces of the protein. Then drink a glass of water and do something lively for 30 minutes, even if it is stretches and jumping jacks. You may find your panic and muddled thinking has lessened a bit.

Chronic low blood sugar can also cause self-esteem problems, anger management problems and a whole bunch of other physical and mental nasties. You may want to check out the symptoms link on www.hufa.org, and see how you check out.

Might perhaps be ADD or ADHD. I would seek out a therapist. They will give you the answers you seek, and the tools to improve your mindset on your self image.
Start taking a stress formula vitamin. If it gets too harsh to deal with, check your insurance to go to inpatient evaluation. Good luck!

its not easy...but u hav to tel ur self that u r equal to these people and they r just human as u r...wat u r feeling is real,,trust ur feelings but remember wen ur gone they r not thinking of u or out to get u...they just want love as u do....getting away might be a good idea if u feel u have a safe place to go,,,but its not really wats happening around u that is ur probem,,,

but getting away can be like a drug that lets us leave those specific thought behind so we can aim to rise above them.

the world is like a mirror and these looks are a reflection of wat u think of urself....u know?? love urself and and respect ur self and others wil do the same,,,dont worry of ur teeth it is normal..

just keep telling urself that everythin is normal and u r normal and human and normal and normal and normal

it can get better and once u r healing u wil have so much more understanding and compassion,,,u can do this but u have to do this,,,,i wish u love and luk child,,,,been there doing that :)

i like the soulfly or is it sepultura line....its not wat u see its wat u feel...u cannot explain but it is so real....

You suffer from depression. A good cocktail of Welbutrin and Zoloft will get you on track. Then get the hell out of there. You shouldn't have to put up with that garbage.
