The best program to decompress files is Winrar, you can unzip all kind of files!(.zip, .rar, .7z, .iso, .tar, .jar, .cab, .gz, .ace, .uue, .bz2, etc...)

The best program for all zip files is filzip. It compresses and can open any type of zip.

go to download.com all programs are free or are free 'trial' they always have an excellent selection. try there before anywhere elses and just type rar into search engine :) goodluck

have used both but prefer Tugzip.
