Vitamins in general should help as well as a balanced diet. Your brain works by using glucose to function. If you are eating infrequently and lots of unhealthty foods then it will affect your functioning. The brain also works like a muscle you need to exercise it by doing mental exercises which can include things like crossword puzzles, memory games, learning a new language, learning a new instrument. There are no brain vitamens. You do not state your age. Early Altzheimers is a possibility in anyone over 50, and multitasking and trying to do too much will do it. Some other chronic illness might be responsible particularly of a metabolic nature. See a doctor Try WebMD on the internet for more information.

No you just need to come up with some sort of system for remembering things like associating them to something in everyday life.

Yes, there are such things specifically made for that purpose and they work, but are terribly expensive. Seen on TV advertising.
Check with your local health food store also. There are several manufacturers, and don't expect miracles.

you will be going to do that day (making list of important things in yout personal diary is better ), this will make you to be aware of
