Try an anti inflammatory, such as ibuprofen, along with heat (heating pad or sitting in a spa or jacuzzi). Supplements such as glucosamine with chondroitin may help if it is joint-related pain. Check with your doctor, of course.

Make a poultice out of boiled oats and apply it to the area of pain while it is still warm, preferebly as hot as possible.

Dunno whr r u calling frm, buddy, and i wonder if u've ever heard of an anciant indian exercise called 'PRANAYAM'.I strngly advise u 2 get to know of it.Its a sure shot remedy, bt u hv 2 hv sm patience 2 practice it.
