Volunteer as a scout leader with the Beaver Scouts or Cubs. They'll keep you running around.

I'm already a leader with Beaver Scouts, but this year I have been helping out with Scouts for their World Scout Jamboree training. Since then, I've lost 2 stones and feel an awful lot fitter.

do a dance class, i used to do linedancing which some consider lame but i found it a simple and fun way to exercise (plus my mum was the teacher so i got in free)

now i swim twice a week whenever i can though it can get bit boring on your own and i go with my cousin who is slim so that pushees me to swim lots more! lol

find something you enjoy doing that way its not a chore and you are more likely to keep it up, i quite fancy belly dancing classes myself
