Mum used to make different sandwiches when I was a child, she would make them with honey and cheese (that's yummy); butter and 100s & 1000s; vegimite and butter ; mashed banana; the list goes on....

Interesting question, because I was going to have one thing but changed my mind. At first, I was going to have cheese and chutney (the word chutney always makes me laugh, it seems to join helplessly with ferret). Anyway, I got this chutney at the weekend called Ramblers Chutney, not sure why, but it's got passionfruit and rosehips in it, with the usual spices and stuff.

However, after looking in the fridge I decided the tomato salsa needed using up and so had cheese and salsa instead, with some lightly salted tortilla chips in the sandwich as well to give it that extra crunch - you could say I had a nacho sandwich.

By the by, if you're in the UK, have you tried that Hovis Multi-Seeded bread? Very tasty for sandwiches....

So, that's lunch out of the way, when's dinner?!!! (To save you asking I plan to have sausages and left over veg, lol).

I haven't had one today as I am just not hungry!! My usual breakfast one is bacon, chicken, mayo on brown bread, I love that combination.

I also love:

Tuna, sweetcorn, mayo and spring onion
Ham, cheese, pickle or chutney
Brie, bacon and cranberry relish
Ham with egg mayo
roasted vegetables
Coronation chicken
