Experience talking here: I lived without AC for several (HOT) years.

Take cool showers. Drink lots of cold fluids. Wear cold cloths or icepacks around your neck and on your head (I know it looks funny, but it works!). And if you're drinking an iced drink, hold it to your wrist: That will cool the blood running through those veins.

Good luck!

The swimming pool - cool, excercise, and you cool a second time while you dry out. :)
And that was as _best_ way.

A good way for me is a fan that you can regulate. I am not very happy with air conditioners unless they can be managed so nobody is in the way of the air stream.

Oh yes, natural clothing only too! I like it when it is rather warm; but my skin becomes _very_ sensitive when I sweat, so natuals - cotton, linen, silk - are a must.

Keep your feet cool. Losen tight clothing. Rest in the shade. Don't exert your self.

Having a cold drink will not cool you down. It will relieve the symptoms of a hot and dry mouth, but If you chug down a cold drink too fast, you could get severe stomach cramps.

It has been proven that a hot drink, such as tea, will aid you body to cool down quicker than a cold one.

to keep cool in the course of the summer season, I commonly do the obtrusive issues: •placed on shorts •pass swimming after I can •take my recommendations off the nice and comfy temperature with a good interest or action picture •pass out for icecream •take a mini highway vacation •have a water wrestle with a chum haha This summer season I play to pass to distinct shows, get a summer season interest, or commence searching into college education. (:

I am sitting in an office where the temperature is late 20's so is unbearably hot.. that was untill I decided to turn on the desk fan, and have it blowing into my face.

We have also got all the windows open, and the Air Conditioning switched on.
