Firstly stretching and I presume you mean YOGA, will not necessarily increase your height! Unless you have a poor posture and then these practises will correct that, thus increasing your height.

Feeding the body with good quality minerals and vitaminized food, helps the body's cell growth. A healthy body will grow to its full potential taking into account your genetic type.
