"the best diet is just to cut calories and exercise, that's it.

So figure out what your calorie intake needs to be to maintain your weight and cut that by say 300 calories a day. Then exercise off 200-500 calories by running or lifting or whatever and then collecgtively 3,500 calories will be 1 pound of fat lost. It seems like a lot and could take a while, but it can be around a pound a week easily if you do it right, and sure that is 30 weeks for 30 pounds and probably a good half a year or more, but it is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. You also are really losing weight and you need to always eat that way... you don't need to cut carbs and stupid **** or try to starve yourself, you can eat what you want, just make sure the calories don't add up to high.

I'd suggest drinking as much water as possible and just juices like orange jucie and such for breakfast, since each glass of juice and soda and other drinks contain from 100-300 calories or so. Which can add up.... so water is an easy way to quench thirst and makes it easier to lose weight.

Another thing to do is eat 6 meals a day, rather than 3. You won't get as hungry because you are eating more and because of that you won't sutff yourself with food. And with the foods you eat, that is where I'm not too good, but try to stay healthy, and not take in too many calories and just don't snack or if you do, don't do it on a daily basis because that will add needless calories.

One thing that made me stop eating crap is thinking about a bag of chips being 250 calories say... that is a good mile or 2 or more of running at a decent speed, that sucks. To burn that 1 bag of chips it takes a lot of effort, so why bother?

Basically you need to cut calorie intake down as well as exercise...

Combine the two and there ya go, lost weight and it wills tay off if you can keep doing the same.

One reason diets don't work is because once you are off it... you gain weight back, you need to lose weight and then keep eating that same way.

I've lost nearly 10 pounds in almost 2 months and it wasn't even tough. I have a good time lifting and exercising and I am never hungry and eat a good amount and like what I eat.

I can eat eggs in the morning, a fruit before lunch, a sandwhich or somethign for lunch, something else inbetween that a dinner then work out and have a steak, pasta and vegtables for dinner and I'm fine.

So it's not too hard to lose weight, you just need to be patient and consistent...

Get on the right food plan and exercise and you'll do it, I promise.

I have seen three diets that work:

Weight Watchers - this is a commitment of money and time, but I have seen it have fantastic & long-lasting results for friends of mine.

South Beach Diet- I am on this right now, and it works really well. I have not tested it in the long-term, but I have high hopes. It is also not very hard because you still get tasty food, and you eat almost all day.

Atkins- I have seen this work for people in the short term, but they almost always gain it back. And it's pretty expensive to eat only meat and dairy, and I have heard that it's bad for your heart to rely on foods with so much saturated fat.

Remember, whatever you do, be good to yourself and choose a healthy option - a good balance of foods, plenty of vitamins (from veggies, etc.) and pick a plan that goes along with your own personality. For instance, if you can't live without bread for a few weeks, don't do South Beach. Good luck!!

There are many best ways to loose weight some tough like following a good diet structure to maintain the physique. I dun want to go too deep into the thing but I can just suggest u a good balanced diet plan along with a kool offer (because i dun like to spend money jus like dat!!!) which I got at coupons store because I always buy only at discounts to even look after my health. The best exercise is brisk walking. Every day one hour walk can burn about 600 calories. To reduce 1 kg weight, one needs to burn 7500 calories. Taking 1200 calories and walking 1 hour, 5 times a week, you can reduce 1 kg in one week

A sure-shot way- MIx 1 tsp. of honey with 1 lemon's juice & drink it.You can dilute it. In the evening have 1 handful of sprouted wheat.
JUst follow this & i bet u'll c the diff. in a month's time.What's more, u have the liberty to have absolutelutely anything from pizazzs to cake while following this!!!

Exercies five days a week for at lest 30 minutes, eat slightly less, stay away from junk foods and up your intake of raw vegetables and fruits.

Have a glass of water before each meal. Stay busy and away from snacks. Stay away from almost anything white (bread, potatoes, pasta). Eat more meat and salads. Good Luck
