You will need to edit the song! If you have windows movie maker its the easiest! Just import the Mp3, Drag to the timline- Split it and delete the unwanted sections..export the rest and Wallah!

For Max 1 minute--Start-->All Programs-->Accessories-->Entertainment-->Sound Recorder....
For longer put in Windows Movie Maker and dissect...very handy..

Or use Microsofts sound recorder for it.
