The problem is that 'Who made God' is a non-believer's question. It is blasphemy to a believer, so logically the only people who could attempt to answer the question are forbidden from answering it.
The person was presumably looking for 15 answers similar to many of the ones you've gotten so far.

Great question. One of the standard arguements for creation is "can you imagine a watch without a watchmaker?".
So all the arguements used to try and establish creation should apply equally to God and his existence. If he exists, must there have been some sort of intelligent design behind him? Wonder who it was?

if it is true. there is no end of our gods. in Islam there is one god. he is prefect and full of his character. he not need to anyone to create him. because he has all absolute attributes , so he is not like us .he give us the mind to not know everything about him but to believe in him and in his capacity to get anything from the nothingness and to worship him. if anyone answer and tell u someone create him. it is not logical , because he has no evidence about that. do not ask about that , because Allah create to u the eyes, ears and the mindto find out the world to believe in him and to be near . wake up .
