The solutions you've proposed are mostly related to how I can use my memory efficiently. In fact, I am looking for an anwer to how I can deal with my bad memory. (e.g. medicine, medicinal herb, exercise, prevention from making my memory worse, etc.) Now is my question clear??

One easy way to remember any thing:
What so ever you read or listen just concentrate. Once the topic is over close your eyes and take a deep breath in, start recollecting the whole topic within your self without intruption.

This will help you to remember any thing for long.

I always find that writing things down helps me remember. Keep a small notebook and pen with you and jot down the information you want to remember.
