It depends. If the hamburger is very lean, it's not so bad. If you grill it instead of fry it, that's even better. The toast would be better if it were a multi-grain bread--it's what you put on it that's so bad. So if you're not a Blues Brother & like "dry white toast," I might actually go for the hamburger, especially since it will probably fill you up more.

Well hamburgers aren't the healtiest thing and toast isn't either but...if you had wheat bread you wuold be making a healtier choice.Beacuase wheat bread is healthier then white

You need protein more then strait carbs in the morning. Go with the burger and pick up some fruit on the way into work or school.

depends on what you put on the toast. if you coat it in butter, it could be the hamburger. i would say toast plain or with jam/ jelly.
