the virgin birth story tells me that jesus was an orphan or an unwanted child. The biblical writers used a tradition known as MIDRASH to interpret the meaning of these stories.
i am an orphan myself, and now i find pride in my orphan status because jesus himself was an orphan like me.
if God could have chosen an orphan child such as jesus to be the saviour of the human race, then i consider my orphan status to be a honor.
what do you think?

I think you are just a little off. Jesus an orphan? I don't know how you came up with that idea. I think you need to find a different church or something.

How was he an orphan? How is anyone an orphan? We all have a Father, He is the Lord. Jesus actually even had a flesh mother and father. His immaculate conception was fortold so He is of God's spirit and flesh. Seek the Lord. Being an orphan is a blessing in His eyes.

Neither is Jesus an orphan nor an unwanted child. He is the son of the Almighty God HIMself. I know its hard to understand, but try meditating on the following verses. Hopefully you will be able to find your answer...
"In the beginning was the word; the word was with God, and the word was God.............The word became flesh and dwelt among us..."
"God so loved the world that He sent his only begotten son, that whoever may beleive in him shall not perish but have eternal life"Jn 3:16

This however doesnt mean that you should not be proud of your orphan status. we humans definetly cannot determine or choose the status of our birth but we can always make the most of it by the lives we lead

You are entitled to your views even if the go against Biblical logic and interpretation.
Take pride in you doing something good with your life. Jesus always had a family he was never an orphan

Whatever gets you through the day, though don't think Jesus would have considered himself an orphan, having two parents, whether biological or not, who loved him and cared for him, that is, until he was crucified.

.....Comfort for the orphans;

Psalms 27:10 In case my own father or mother did leave me, Even Jehovah himself would take me up.

Psalms 68:5 A father of fatherless boys and a judge of widows Is God in his holy dwelling.

Psalms 10:14b To you the unfortunate one, the fatherless boy, commits himself. You yourself have become his helper.

Deuteronomy 10:17 For Jehovah your God is the God of gods and the Lord of lords, the God great, mighty and fear inspiring, who treats none with partiality nor accepts a bribe, executing judgment for the father less boy and the widow and loving the alien resident so as to give him bread and a mantle.

It is an honor to have the true God adopt us.

I'm sure you find comfort in those statements however to say Jesus was an orphan is to deny HIS Father which is in heaven.

I think it is very sad that you were a orphan. however our LORD
was not . reread your bible. the seed was sent down{much the same as alien hybreeding today } also Elizabeth was Marys cousin and the angel came to her and she birthed John the baptist. Then later we have Sarah.
