Just wondering. According to my shrink, the way the you plan to do it... has something to do with the cause, that has you wanting to do it.

I am concerned that you are asking this question. You need to consider why you are asking this question in the first place. I could give you my thoughts on the matter, but then I might be giving you a way to die that you've not thought of and only an irresponsible and uncaring person would offer you that type of information. You might also be looking for a way to die that cannot be linked to the "cause" you speak of. Your question alarms me.

A better question might be, "How do people who are finding ways to commit suicide find a way to want to live???"

I also recommend you seek a different "shrink" for two reasons 1)A therapist is to be a healing partner, not someone who might help you explore a way to die. 2). A therapist is a healing partner. The word "shrink" implies negativity. Why do you call your therapist a "Shrink"?

I am wondering why you have asked this question. As you have discussed suicide with your psychiatrist is it something on your mind? Do you obsess about it?
I was in denial about wanting to commit suicide but I was obsessed with finding the best way to do it. I finally realised I wanted to die when I was found on the railway line!!!
Please ask yourself why you are so interested in suicide and get the support and help you need to live.
Best Wishes

Suicide is a sin. I will prefer to live. But still if i hae to commit suicide i will opt for a pailess death. Drinking a glass of wine mixed with a table spoon of Pottasium Cyanide (KCN) will do the trick for me as it will kill immidiately and painlessly and won't have a chance of survival or i can take large amount of sleeping pills and die peacefully in my sleep.

I would either cut my wrists or walk out in front of a big truck.

Probably the truck. I have often thought of doing it that way. Many big trucks go thru this town.

Slitting wrists the proper way. Vertical along the wrist instead of horizontal.

Go for a high electric shock. It is very easy to find these high voltage lines & doesn't give much pain.
